P4 Holy Communion

Dear P.4.,

I hope you are all well and enjoying the good weather.  I am so sorry that you are not getting to make your Holy Communion today.  I know how important this is and I know how you have been looking forward to it for so long.  

Boys and Girls, you will have your special day but just not at the minute.  When this important day comes we will make it extra special for you.  We will have cream teas, grandparents, photographs and everyone in their finery.  So do not despair!  

Today, I will be thinking about you and I hope you do something nice to mark what would have been a momentous occasion. Remember it is still in front of you!
