Spellathon Thanks

30th Nov 2020

Dear Parent,

I want to express how thankful we are to you for supporting the school’s Spellathon on Friday. The school made £2,613.50! To each one of you, we are truly indebted. It was also a great opportunity for the children to practise and consolidate their spellings.

I also want to say that we had a wonderful day on Thursday. Santa paid us an unexpected visit which was simply wonderful. We managed to get a Christmas Dinner, which had to be brought forward this year due to the uncertainty of the current situation.

I also want to thank our P.T.A. who collected and dropped off the Christmas Trees from Craigville Garden Centre. The P.T.A. have been great, it is always comforting to know that we have a team of people who just get things done. I wish to thank Craigville for lending us the small trees to make the day move festive. Each year Scott from Craigville assists us with this, a very big thank you to him.

We hope to have more Christmas celebrations, but at least we have already made a start in this very strange year.

My Best Wishes to You All,

Ms. O’Neill.
