School Nurse

We have just received a phone call from the School Nursing Team.  They are concerned about the number of Nurse Letters that have not been returned.  They will be collecting the remaining letters tomorrow.  If you do not return your form tomorrow, your child will not be able to receive the flu vaccine.  The vaccines will be given to the children on Tuesday 1st December.  The Nursing Team will only be bringing enough vaccines to cover the forms they have received.
